Apple App Store & Google Play account deletion
If you use a mobile app published by Lissiland LLC, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Email cbluford@lissiland.com from the address linked to your account (when applicable).
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- Include the app name, platform (iOS/Android), and any username, email, or account ID shown in the app.
What happens next
We confirm receipt and delete account-associated personal data from our systems within 30 days (or sooner when required by the store or applicable law).
What is deleted
We delete profile and account records stored in our systems for that app. Some anonymized analytics may remain in aggregate form where permitted. Purchases or records held only by Apple or Google must be managed through those platforms.
