Privacy Policy

Lissiland LLC (“Lissiland,” “we,” “us”) operates https://lissiland.com, publishes mobile apps, and runs related products and tools. Apps listed at /apps/ are sub-brands owned and published by Lissiland LLC. This policy covers how we handle information on our sites, apps, and product experiences. Partner organizations may have their own privacy policies when you use their surfaces.

Information we collect

• Contact data ... name, email, or message content you send voluntarily.
• Account data ... information you create when signing into an app we publish (for example email, display name, or identifiers tied to your account).
• Usage data ... pages or screens visited, referrer, device type, and similar signals via analytics and SDKs.
• Cookies, pixels, and SDKs ... technology that helps us run the product, measure use, and (where enabled) support advertising.
• SEE Assessment ... if you complete the free assessment and request a deeper dig, we store your answers, scores, name, company, and work email so we can follow up. Quiz answers alone (without your contact details) are only used in aggregate analytics.
• Purchases ... order and payment details needed to complete a buy (Stripe on our sites, in-app purchases, Shopify, Etsy, SEE products, or API access billed through Stripe). Card data is handled by those processors.

How we use information

We use information to:

• run, secure, and improve our sites, apps, and UX
• respond to you and deliver services you ask for
• complete purchases and API access you buy
• measure performance on Lissiland sites and sub-brands
• measure and improve ad funnels that send people to our sites or app downloads
• power AI features and agents in Lissiland and partner products we build
• comply with law and App Store / Play requirements

Analytics and advertising

On our own sites and sub-brands only, we may use Google Analytics and tags or SDKs such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok. We use them to understand use, improve UX, and measure campaigns. We do not place our tags on other organizations’ websites. Ads themselves run on those platforms (not on Lissiland pages) and are meant to bring people into our funnel... to visit a site or download an app. Google Search Console is used for search performance and does not place cookies on visitors.

Infrastructure and AI

We use Firebase / Google Cloud (including more than one project for different apps or products). Lissiland products and partner products we build may use AI services, APIs, and connectors (for example Claude, Cursor, Meta, Muse AI / Meta Connector, and similar MCPs or APIs). Inputs you provide may be processed to return a response. For AI training, we only use anonymized information... not your personal content as identifiable training data. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, ad platforms, authentication, payments such as Stripe / Shopify / Etsy / app stores, and AI processors) under their terms, or when required by law. We do not put tracking tags on partner websites. We do not sell personal information for money.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Email cbluford@lissiland.com.

Delete your account (App Store requirement)

If you use a mobile app published by Lissiland LLC, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page and our dedicated instructions at Delete My Account satisfy Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion disclosure requirements.

How to request deletion

1. Email cbluford@lissiland.com from the address linked to your account (when applicable).
2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
3. Include the app name, platform (iOS/Android), and any username, email, or account ID shown in the app.

What happens next ... we confirm receipt and delete account-associated personal data from our systems within 30 days (or sooner when required by the store or applicable law).

What is deleted ... profile and account records we store for that app. Some anonymized analytics may remain in aggregate form where permitted. Data held solely by Apple, Google, or other third parties (for example App Store purchases) must be managed through those providers.
